In Jammu and Kashmir, fresh snowfall and landslides triggered by heavy rains kept the vital Jammu-Srinagar National Highway closed for traffic for the fourth consecutive day today. Traffic police said no movement of traffic was allowed in view of heavy rains and snowfall along the highway. They said the men and machines of Border Roads Organisation are working round-the-clock to clear the Highway from landslides.
