In Kashmir valley, with improvement in the weather, traffic on Jammu-Srinagar Highway has been restored on Monday. According to SSP Traffic National Highway, after clearing the stranded vehicles, traffic is now plying normally from both sides on the highway. The traffic on highway was suspended on sunday due to fresh snowfall in the Qazigund-Banihal and Banihal-Ramban sectors.<br/><br/>Meanwhile, the day temperature in the Valley on Monday showed marked improvement after it had dipped by seven degrees on sunday.
