In Kerala, traffic between Ernakulam and Thrissur Railway stations was partially hit when two wagons of a goods train carrying oil derailed between Irinjalakkuda and Pudukkad in Thrissur district this morning. The Shornur-bound Venad Express from hiruvananthapuram was terminated at Ernakulam Junction following the accident. Cranes have been rushed to the spot and efforts are on to clear the tracks.
