Prime Minister Narendra Modi will leave tonight for Brussels, the capital city of Belgium. Mr. Modi will hold meeting with Belgian Prime Minister Charles Michel and also attend the 13th India-European Union summit tomorrow. Trade and investment, counter terrorism, renewable energy, among others – will be high on agenda during the Prime Minister's visit to Belgium. <br/><br/>Our Correspondent reports that the bilateral trade during January to September last year stood at over 9 billion euro. Of this, India's export to Belgium was 3.19 Billion and import was 5.95 Billion euro. Mr. Modi will also interact with Belgian businessmen and CEOs and address Indian diaspora. <br/>The Prime Minister will also be attending the 4th Nuclear Security Summit in Washington D. C on 31st March and 1st of April. Mr. Modi will share India's assessments of the threat of nuclear terrorism in this summit where leaders of 53 countries and 4 international organizations will participate.<br/><br/>Before wrapping up his trip, the Prime Minister will visit Saudi Arabia where 2.96 million Indians are residing. He will meet senior leaders of Saudi Arabia and will also interact with the Indian community members. Official sources said that trade and energy among others will be high on agenda during Mr. Modi's visit to Saudi Arabia.<br/>Earlier, in a Facebook post ahead of his three nation visit, Prime Minister said, tomorrow's India-EU Summit will advance multifaceted engagement with EU across a whole range of domains. He said, the EU is a vital trading partner and the biggest export destination for India. <br/> <br/>Terming relations with Belgium as deep rooted and time tested, the Prime Minister said, no words are enough to salute the resilience and spirit of the people of Belgium. He said, India stands shoulder to shoulder with them in the wake of the horrific attacks in Brussels and share the grief of those who lost their loved ones.
