The Japanese Transport Ministry says the world's largest car manufacturer, Toyota, is to carry out another massive vehicle recall. The latest recall is set to around two hundred thousand hybrid cars. They went on sale in Japan last year. Among them the country's best selling vehicle the Prius. It was unclear if the recall would be extended to Prius cars sold outside Japan.
