Car manufacturer Toyota has announced it is recalling more than 25,000 vehicles in Australia because of problems with brake fluid leaks. The company is recalling 17,000 Kluger and 8,000 Lexus models in Australia.The Japanese automaker yesterday announced a safety recall of more than 1.5 million cars worldwide because of the issue. Vehicles in the US, Japan, Europe and China have also been affected.Toyota says the cars need to be repaired for possible brake fluid leaks and fuel pump defects. The company says the problems have been flagged in up to 13 models worldwide. Toyota has already recalled more than 10 million vehicles in the past year because of safety issues.
