Tourism Ministry to organise Paryatan Parv from tomorrow

Tourism Ministry will organise Paryatan Parv from tomorrow. The parv is being organised with the objective of drawing focus on the benefits of tourism, showcasing the cultural diversity of the country and reinforcing the principle of Tourism for All. <br/><br/>Addressing a press conference in New Delhi this evening, Tourism Minister K J Alphons said, the paryatan parv will have three components which are Dekho Apna Desh, Tourism for All and Tourism and Governance. Mr Aphons said, 9.3 per cent employment is being provided by Tourism sector. <br/><br/>He said, there is a considerable improvement in foreign tourists arrival in India and e-visa is playing a key role in this connection. <br/><br/>Crafts bazaar, food court, classical dance music, handicrafts and handlooms and cuisines from all the states will the main highlights of the Paryatan Parv. <br/><br/>Replying to a media query over safety and security of foreign tourists, the Minister said, India is one of safest tourism destination in the world.
