<p style="margin: 0px; text-align: justify;">Government has said that tourism industry has shown good signs of revival after Covid-19 pandemic. According to the latest information received from Bureau of Immigration, India has received more than 60 lakh Foreign Tourist Arrivals during 2022 as compared to around 11 lakh in 2021. Tourism Ministry said, it has taken several initiatives to give a boost to the tourism sector in the country and to increase foreign tourist arrivals.</p>''<p style="margin: 0px; text-align: justify;"><br />''</p>''<p style="margin: 0px; text-align: justify;">The Ministry said, Centre is providing financial assistance to State Governments and Union Territories for development of tourism-related infrastructure and facilities in the country. A 24×7 Multi-Lingual Tourist Info-Helpline number 1800111363 and 1363 have been set up in twelve languages including ten international languages. The Ministry said, Dekho Apna Desh initiative has been launched with the objective of creating awareness among the citizens about the rich heritage and culture of the country.</p>
