Along with the spirit of maintaining lockdown as per the government guidelines, people in every corner of Mizoram are obeying rules in keeping social distancing to contain the COVID-19. Also, people in many areas – bordering with Myanmar and Bangladesh, have taken tougher measures like erecting gates at the entry points of village and putting No Entry board prohibiting outsider to enter the village. AIR correspondent reports that  local and village task forces have taken responsibility of providing essential good to the citizens during the lockdown.  <br />''<br />''They are also keeping surveillance day-and night on maintaining of social distance and stay home by citizens. Also, people living in some bordering villages in Champhai and Mamit districts have become more cautious to keep social distancing more strictly.  <br />''<br />''The villagers of Ngentiang, located at the along Indo-Myanmar Border in Champhai district have taken social distancing and lockdown to the most serious height. They have put up gates at the entrances of the village with 'No Entry' board, that announces that entry of any outsider to village is prohibited now  to contain COVID-19.<br />
