More from our correspondent:-<br />'' <br />'' Gujarat Government is likely to finalize the modalities today to implement the third phase of lockdown starting from 4th May.<br />'' <br />'' Though the center has relaxed the conditions of lockdown in orange and green zones, Ahmedabad, Surat and Vadodara are unlikely to get any relaxations due to large number of covid19 cases.<br />'' <br />'' According to Union Home Ministry, 9 districts Ahmedabad, Surat, Vadodara, Anand, Banaskantha, Panchmahal, Bhavnagar, Gandhinagar and Arvalli are under red zone.<br />'' <br />'' 19 districts in the orange zone while only five districts are in green zone.<br />'' <br />'' Meanwhile, Bhavnagar Medical College has become the state's third Plasma Therapy Research Centre after approval from ICMR.  <br />'' <br />'' Dean of Bhavnagar Medical College Dr. Hemant Mehta said that Plasma Therapy is very useful, when there is no treatment or vaccine available.<br />'' <br />'' He said that ICMR approval will help to make Bhavnagar district free from Coronavirus.</span><br />
