<span style="color: #222222;">In Mizoram, the ongoing restrictions of total lockdown will continue for another week.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The State Disaster Management authority ordered that the total lockdown will continue till 4 a.m. on 7th of June. </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The state is currently following strict restrictions of total lockdown, across the state, particularly the areas under the purview of Aizawl Municipal Corporation and District Headquarters towns, with total restrictions on intra-state movement of transport.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">In the second wave of COVID-19, the State Government clamped lockdown on 10th of May for a week and is being extended as the transmission of infection is still rising.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Officials said that the lockdown has further been extended as a measure to flattening the curve of the transmission.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Officials further said that during the lockdown, State Government offices barring health and family welfare, home, disaster management and rehabilitation, finance, information and public relations, District Administrations will continue to be closed.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Markets and intra-state movement will also remain suspended.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">However, the stand-alone shops and vegetable shops in localities will open on Tuesday and Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.</span><br />''  <br />
