<span style="color: #222222;">In Uttarakhand, torrential rains have lashed several parts of the state. Three-persons of a family died and five others were  injured while about 11 people were missing in Munsyari subdivision of Pithoragarh district yesterday. District administration with the help of the SDRF and ITBP teams were engaged in the rescue operations. SDM of the area Mr. Anil Kumar Shukla told AIR that few houses collapsed due to heavy rainfall.  The rescue team is engaged in searching for the person  missing in the incident.<br />''<br />''Meanwhile, the highway leading to Badrinath was blocked after a  landslide occurred  in Lambagad and few other places .  Many roads linked to District headquarters were also disrupted in a remote area of the hilly state. The State Met Department predicts that heavy to very heavy rainfall with intense to very intense spells are likely to occur in Uttarkashi, Rudraprayag, Chamoli, Bageshwar and Pithoragarh districts till 23 rd July.</span><br />
