<br/>In Gujarat, the torrential rains lashed the dry areas of Kutch and Saurashtra regions after a long wait. AIR Bhuj Correspondent reports that 25 to 180 milimetres of rains were reported in most parts of the Saurashtra region yesterday while 76 to 110 millimeters of heavy downpour were observed in Mandvi, Anjar, Bhuj and some parts of Kutch region since this morning. <br/><br/>Farmers have started sowing in the fields and inflow of the new water in reservoirs, ponds and dams have sharply been increased. People have a sigh of relief after welcoming a good rain in the region.
