In Gujarat, the coastal areas of Kutch and Saurashtra region are experiencing heavy rain again. Quoting officials sources AIR Bhuj Correspondent reports that the bordering areas of Kutch have experienced wide spread rain along with the border due to the trailing affect of cyclonic storm Phet which touched Karachi this evening. People staying in the coastal and low lying areas have been shifted to the safer places and fishermen are advised not to go in the sea till next 24 hours.
