In Bihar, an inquiry has been ordered into the affairs of educational institutions owned by intermediate toppers scam kingpin Bachcha Rai. <br/><br/>Vice Chancellor of Bhim Rao Ambedkar Bihar University has set up a three member committee to conduct extensive inquiry into matters related to the grant of affiliation to colleges owned by Bachcha Rai. <br/><br/>Five colleges owned by him were given affiliation by this university in the last one decade. Probe Committee chief Satish Kumar Rai said the panel would inquire to many aspects including affiliation related matters. <br/> <br/>Meanwhile, former JDU MLA and accused of merit scam Usha Sinha has been removed from the post of Principal of Ganga Devi Womens college of Patna. She is wife of thr mastermind Lal Keshwar Prasad Singh, who is former Chairman of Bihar School examination Board. Both of them are absconding and raids are being carried for their arrest.
