A two day long FINA Swimming World Cup Championship gets underway at Sheikh Hamadan Sports Complex in Dubai today. The world's top swimmers will be in action during the event. Among the women, a host of world and Olympic champions and world-record holders including Katinka Hosszu, Ranomi Kromowidjojo and Mireia Belmonte Garcia will be taking part in the event.<br/><br/>In the men's section an exciting battle is on the cards with Chad Le Clos of South Africa and Osama Mellouli of Tunisia leading the pack. They would be joined by last year's overall World Cup winner Kenneth To of Australia, Trinidad and Tobago's George Bovell and Vladimir Morozov of Russia. The Dubai competition, is the fourth leg of the eight-leg World Cup series, which began in August in Eindhoven in the Netherlands. <br/><br/>From Dubai , the competition will move on to Doha, Singapore, and Tokyo, with the final event in Beijing on November 13-14. The Swimming World Cup is contested in a 25m pool and has both men and women vying for prize money in each of the 36 events. <br/>The overall top scorer in the men's and women's section at the end of the series will win 100,000 Dollars.<br/> <br/>
