Top political leaders give an indication of formation of an alternative alliance on national spectrum

Top political leaders of some parties who gathered at Patna for swearing-in ceremony of Nitish Kumar-led government have given indication of formation of an alternative alliance on national spectrum. West Bengal Chief Minister Mamta Banerjee, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, National Conference leader Farooq Abdullah and DMKs MK Stalin made some overtures. Ms. Banerjee held meeting with AAP leader Arvind Kejriwal. They had separate discussions with former Tamil Nadu Chief Minister and M. Karunanidhi's son Mr. Stalin.<br/><br/>Speaking to media, former Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Farooq Abdullah said Nitish Kumar has capacity to lead the nation.
