<span style="color: #222222;">In Jammu and Kashmir, Operational Chief Commander of Hizb-ul-Mujahideen Riyaz Naikoo and his associate were killed in a gunfight with a joint team of Police, Army and Central Reserve Police Force at Beighpora area in south Kashmir's Pulwama district today. &nbsp; &nbsp;<br />'' <br />'' According to official sources, a joint team of Police, Army's 55 Rashtriya Rifles and CRPF launched a search operation in Beighpora area, Naikoo's hometown, late last night. As they zeroed in on a house, the terrorists opened fire which was retaliated, triggering an encounter in which two terrorists including Naikoo and his aide Adil were killed. The 35-year-old Naikoo had joined terrorist ranks in 2010 &nbsp;and was one of the close aides of Hizb Commander Burhan Muzaffar Wani who was killed in Kokernag area of South Kashmir on 8th July 2016. Naikoo had taken the reigns of Hizb soon after Burhan Wani's killing in July 2016. The slain Hizb Commander had a bounty of &nbsp;12 lakh rupees on his head and was most the wanted terrorist. Meanwhile, two more terrorist were killed in encounter with security forces at Sarshali Khrew area of Awantipora.<br />''<br />''In the wake of killing of Naikoo, mobile internet has been also suspended across Valley to avoid any law and order problem as a precautionary measure.</span><br />
