The Congress top brass on Monday met at Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh's residence in the national capital to finalize the strategy ahead of the winter session of Parliament.

The meeting was attended by Congress President Mrs Sonia Gandhi, Defence Minister A.K Antony, Home minister P. Chidambaram and Health Minister Ghulam Nabi Azad. According to the Party Sources, the meeting finalized the strategy for the winter session.
