In Kashmir valley, one top militant commander of Hizbul Mujahuddin was killed in an encounter with the police and security forces at Dadsara village of Pulwama District in South Kashmir.AIR correspondent quoting DIG police of South Kashmir reports that during an encounter Sub-Inspector of Jammu & Kashmir police and one Army personal also laid down his life.
