Indian Grandmaster Sandipan Chanda has been given the top billing for the 10th edition of the prestigious Parsvnath International Open Grandmasters Chess Tournament, beginning in New Delhi from Sunday.The event will see 20 Grandmasters and 32 International Masters in action in a field of around 300 players from more than 14 countries.The total prize fund of the event is Rs 15 lakh. The winner will get three lakh rupees.
