Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh, on his second leg of his trip abroad has reached Astana from China for a two day visit to Kazakhstan. During his two-day stay in Astana in Kazakhstan, Dr. Singh will have bilateral talks with President Nursultan Nazarbayev and his counter part on several issues including civil nuclear cooperation, Agriculture and enhancement in trade during the visit. Six pacts are likely to be signed during the visit of Prime Minister. It includes a frame work agreement on the supply of uranium for civil nuclear energy. A joint statement will be issued at the end of the visit identifying new areas of cooperation.
