Mumbai terror attack to top India-Pak FMs Talks tonight<br/>Mumbai terror attack is expected to top the agenda of the talks between the External Affairs Minister Mr. S.M. Krishana and his Pakistani counterpart Shah Mehmoood Qureshi in New York tonight.<br/>During the first high level meeting since the Prime Ministers of the two countries met in Sharm el Sheikh , Mr Krishna is expected to emphasise the need for Pakistan to act speedily against those responsible for the Mumbai attack including its master mind Hafiz Saeed. The issue was discussed at the meeting the Foreign Secretary Ms Nirupama Rao had with Pakistan Foreign Secretary Salman Bashir .<br/>Earlier in a strong message to Pakistan , the Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh said that Islamabad must stop state-sponsored terrorism if they want to normalise relations with India.He said that the Pakistan should give up its old attitude regarding the use of terror as an instrument of state policy. <br/>AIR correspondent says, in the light of the statements made by the two countries no break through is expected from the talks.<br/>Reports from New York say, Pakistan has been told by US and its allies that it can no longer afford to have two different standards for terrorists, one for those targetting the West and another for the terrorists who use Pakistani soil against India.
