<span style="color: black;">In Bihar, today is the last day of withdrawal of nominations for the Third and Final Phase of Assembly elections. In this phase, total 1,249 nominations have been declared valid after the scrutiny for the 78 constituencies spread over 15 districts. The polling will be held on 7th of November for this phase. For the bye-poll of Valmiki Nagar Lok Sabha Constituency, seven nominations have been found valid.
