Today is the last day of Winter Session of Parliament. In Rajya Sabha, The Commercial Courts, Commercial Division and Commercial Appellate Division of High Courts Bill, The Arbitration and Conciliation (Amendment) Bill, The Whistle Blowers Protection (Amendment) Bill, The Atomic Energy (Amendment) Bill and The Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Bill are scheduled to come up for discussion. In Lok Sabha, The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2015 will come up for discussion.
