Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Miss Jayalaithaa has said that the State will file a contempt of court case against Karnataka in the Supreme Court for stopping the release of water to Tamil Nadu. In a statement, she said that the decision of Karnataka is against Supreme Court’s directive in this regard. PMK founder leader Dr S Ramadoss urged the Tamil Nadu government to call an all party meeting to ensure that Karnataka release enough water for the state.
