TN police forms special teams to nab absconding Puducherry minister

The Tamil Nadu police has formed special teams to arrest Puducherry Education Minister, Mr. Kalyan Sundaram in a case relating to using a proxy to write the Class X examination. Vilupuram district Superintendent of Police, Mr. Bhaskaran has said the 4 special teams have been formed to track the movements of Mr. Kalyan Sundaram who is absconding. AIR Correspondent reports that the action to arrest the Puducherry Education Minister follows the Madras High Court rejecting Mr. Kalyan Sundaram's anticipatory bail petition. The Judge in his order said that since the investigation is in the initial state and there is a likely hood of Mr. Kalyan Sundaram tampering the evidence the bail petition is being dismissed.
