Tamil Nadu Governor Vidyasagar Rao today called on President Ram Nath Kovind at Rashtrapati Bhavan. <br/><br/>The meeting came in the backdrop of political developments in the state where Assembly Speaker has disqualified 18 AIADMK MLAs who had sided with party leader TTV Dinakaran. <br/><br/>Vidyasagar Rao, who is also the Governor of Maharashtra, met Finance Minister Arun Jaitley.
