In Tamilnadu, portfolios of four state ministers have been changed. Commercial Taxes, Registration and Stamp Act portfolio held by S. S. Krishnamoorthy has been additionally allocated to C. V. Shanmugam. Krishnamoorthy has been given the portfolios of school education, sports and youth welfare which were looked after by Shanmugam. Steel, mines and minerals held by S. P. Velumani has been allocated to P. Thangamani. Revenue and registration of companies held by P.Thangamani has been allocated to S.P.Velumani.
