Delhi High Court today rejected veteran Congress leader N D Tiwari's plea not to open his DNA report in a paternity suit before a single judge court.

It observed DNA report can be declared in the court by the single judge but no copy will be given to any of the parties.

Mr.Tiwari had earlier approached the court for keeping the DNA report confidential and holding in camera proceedings in the case.

The case is regarding a claim by a youth that he is the biological son of N D Tiwari.
