Manipur Chief Minister Okram Ibobi Singh says, construction of Tipaimukh Multipurpose Dam will solve the problem of huge shortage of power supply in the state. He was speaking on the occasion of scientific equipment distribution program under the sponsorship of the Department of Biotechnology at Imphal.
