US Secretary of State Rex Tillerson and Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov have begun talks in Moscow. Their meeting is the first since the US launched a cruise missile strike on a Syrian air base last week. <br/><br/>Officials in Washington have allged that the Russian-backed government of Syrian President Bashar al-Assad used chemical weapons against civilians. <br/><br/>Mr Tillerson has said, he will urge Russia to review its ties to the Assad regime. Russian President Vladimir Putin has condemned the US attack. He compared it to the 2003 invasion of Iraq, which the US justified with the claim that President Saddam Hussein had weapons of mass destruction.<br/><br/>Russia says, there is no proof that the Assad Government used chemical weapons.
