In Bihar, besides 7 Lok Sabha seats, polling is also taking place for Chiraiya and Maharajganj assembly constituencies today.

Elaborate security measures have been taken for the smooth conduct of polls. 145 companies of central para-military forces have been deployed. Indo-Nepal border has been sealed and two helicopters have been deployed for air surveillance.
