Voting in third and last phase of elections to four LS seats in Jharkhand of Dumka, Dhanbad, Godda and Rajmahal seats is underway.

People were seen in large numbers since morning in different polling booths. Arrangement for security is tight as more than 40 thousand policemen are deployed for 61 lakh voters across eight districts of the state.

Our correspondent reports that voting is progressing peacefully for four Lok Sabha seats since 7 in the morning, and it will continue till 4 PM. The good arrangements for security is visible everywhere and that is why people are coming out in good number to vote.

For example, in Dumka, 45 percent of voting has taken place till 1PM and in Dhanbad, it is 40 percent.
