<span style="color: #222222;">In Telangana, three-tier security arrangements have been made at over 40 counting locations set up across the state for Tuesday's counting of votes for the Assembly elections. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">It may be recalled that the poll authorities announced that the first assembly elections in the state witnessed a record level 73.2 per cent voter turnout. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The EVMs have been kept locked under tight vigilance close to the counting areas of the respective districts and CCTV surveillance also been kept.  Section 144 has been imposed in and around the counting locations. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Meanwhile, predictions over the outcome of the polling and estimations over winning chances of various parties are making hot rounds among political circles. </span>
