Punjab police claims to have busted a terror module with the arrest of three suspected terrorists planning to carry out "anti-national, disruptive activities" under instructions from their handlers based in Pakistan, Belgium and England.<br/><br/>IG Counter Intelligence M F Farooqui said in Amritsar yesterday that acting on confidential information Counter Intelligence wing of Punjab police arrested Gurpal Singh, Major Singh and Rachhpal Singh after search operations at different places. <br/><br/>He claimed they were in touch with some wanted terrorists based in Belgium, England and Pakistan and tasked with reviving militancy in Punjab, <br/>Police seized two pistols of 9 MM and 30 bore along with magazines and 16 live cartridges from their possession. A case was lodged and investigation is underway.<br/><br/>Farooqui said Punjab police is working to crack the case of murderous attack on RSS leader Jagdish Gagneja in Jalandhar.
