In Assam, five people were killed on the spot and 62 others were injured on Wednesday in three separate road accidents in Hailakandi and Cachar districts of Barak Valley of Assam. According to police, 4 persons died and 12 others were injured, some of them critically, when a truck coming from Hailakandi town crashed into an auto van.<br/>In two other separate road accidents at Katigora in Cachar district of Barak Valley one person died and 50 others injured.<br/>
