Three powerful explosions have hit Mumbai on Wednesday evening. The first blast occurred in the ‘Opera House’ area of Mumbai. Second blast occurred at a bus stop near Dadar railway station. The third blast occurred in the busy business area of Zaveri Bazaar. Mumbai Police and the fire brigade have rushed to the site of explosions. Security has been beefed up across Mumbai.Maharashtra’s Public Works Department Minister, Mr. Chhagan Bhujbal has said that looking at the intensity of the explosions; it seems to be a bomb blast. He has appealed to the people not to panic and stay calm.
