The Philippines coast guards say at least three people have died after a ferry sank in waters south of the capital Manila. The ferry carrying almost 90 people went down near Batangas city. Ships in the area rescued more than 60 passengers. The vessel and a fishing boat collided in darkness in Manila Bay.<br/>
