In Uttar Pradesh, three more children succumbed to deadly encephalitis in Baba Raghav Das Medical College Hospital in Gorakhpur today. With this the death toll has mounted to 481 since January this year. <br/>AIR Gorakhpur correspondent quoting official sources reports that 14 new patients suffering from Japanese Encephalitis and Acute Encephalitis Syndrome have been admitted to BRD Medical College Hospital. 174 patients are still undergoing treatment at BRD Medical College Hospital while 9 are being treated at the government hospitals of the region. <br/>AIR correspondent reports that as many as 2787 patients of encephalitis have been admitted this year to different government hospitals of eastern UP.<br/>
