Four injured are critical. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Prime Minister Boyko Borisov had earlier today asked the three ministers to step down, days after initial results from a probe into the crash found the road had been recently repaired using a substandard quality of asphalt. </span>
