In Kashmir valley, three militants have been killed in Afroza forest of Handwara in Kupwara district. On getting information of presence of some militants hiding in the dense forest, the security forces surrounded the area last evening and in the following encounter three militants were killed. The encounter was still on when reports last came in. Details are awaited.
