In Iraq, at least three people have been killed when security forces clashed with rock-throwing crowds at an Iranian refugee camp in Diyala province. According to hospital officials, three people were killed in the clashes while residents of Camp Ashraf say at least 23 people died. The settlement houses thousands of members of the Iranian dissident group – the People's Mojahedin Organization of Iran. U.S. Defense Secretary Robert Gates, visiting northern Iraq today expressed concern about the reports of violence at Camp Ashraf.
