Y Sanathoi Devi and two others have assured India of at least bronze medals after entering the semifinals of their respective weight categories in the 13th World Wushu Championship in Jakarta. Asian Games bronze-medallist and Arjuna Awrdee, Sanathoi defeated Turkey's Ozlem Cicek in quarterfinals of the Women's 52kg category to advance to the last four stage. Other Indians in the fray — Surya Bhanu Pratap and Uchit Sharma — have also been assured of at least a third-place finish in the prestigious competition.
