Australia's leaders are wrapping-up negotiations to form a minority government two weeks after inconclusive election results. Results of the talks are expected in few hours. The caretaker Prime Minister, Julia Gilhard, and the Opposition Conservative leader, Tonny Abbot have been trying to win support of three Independent Members of Parliament who hold the balance of power.
