Thirteenth International Conference & Exhibition on Sustainable Habitat & Smart Cities 'Municipalika 2015' began in Jaipur today. Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje inaugurated the three day conference. In her address Chief Minister said, citizen should become active partners in the process of urban development. <br/><br/>She said urbanisation is tool of development but at the same time quality of life should be given high priority . Mrs Raje said that sincere efforts need to be made to improve the air quality in the cities. <br/><br/>On the occasion Minister of Urban Development, Housing and Local Self Government, Rajpal Singh Shekhawat and Canadian High Commissioner, Mr. Nadir Patel were also present. <br/><br/>In this conference large number of urban and housing sector officials and ULBs from 300 cities, international delegates from 7 countries, private industry and professionals are participating.
