Three-day all India conference of top police officials will begin today at Dhordo near Bhuj in the Kutch region of Gujarat. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate the meet. The annual conference is likely to discuss the ways to thwart attempts by terror group Islamic State to spread its base in the country and other issues related to internal security. <br/><br/>The conference, organised by Intelligence Bureau (IB), will be attended by heads and senior officials of various police and other security agencies. Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh and Minister of State for Home Haribhai Patel will also attend the meet. <br/><br/>AIR correspondent reports that elaborate security arrangements have been made in view of Prime Minister's visit. Mr Modi will arrive in Bhuj this afternoon on a three-day visit to the region.<br/><br/>
