Three arrested over Morocco blast

In Morocco, three people have been detained in the capital Rabat in connection with the recent Marrakech cafe bombing that killed 16 people. Morocco's Interior Ministry has said that the arrested three Moroccans include the person suspected of being the main perpetrator of the April 28 bombing at the Marrakech's Argana cafe, a top tourist destination. The ministry also said that the main suspect has Al-Qaida links. A statement said that he made many attempts to go to such hot spots as Chechnya and Iraq before carrying out the Marrakech attack.
