In the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir, three banned outfit Al-Badr terrorists were killed in an encounter that broke out between terrorists and security forces at Ghat Mohalla in Kakapora town of south Kashmir's Pulwama district this morning. Police and the security forces neutralized the terrorists responsible for yesterday's cowardly act on the residence of BJP leader Mohammad Anwar Khan in Nowgam area in the outskirts of Srinagar city in less than 24 hours. As the joint team approached towards the suspected spot, the terrorists fired upon them and in retaliation, three terrorists were gunned down. Incriminating materials, arms and ammunition including one SLR, one AK-47 and a pistol have also been recovered from their possession.</span>
