<span style="color: #222222;">In the wake of COVID19 pandemic, thousands of people have returned to Himachal from different parts of the country who have expertise in various fields. In view of this, the State Government has decided to undertake talent mapping of such people so that their services could be utilized for the benefit of the State if lockdown prolong in the country. Meanwhile, the State Government has developed geo fencing app to ensure that people coming from other States do not violate the quarantine period. Chief Minister said that all the people coming from red zones and with Influenza Like illness symptoms must be kept in institutional quarantine. He said that each and every person entering the State must be thoroughly medically examined and a decision would be taken after that whether the person requires home or institutional quarantine.<br />''<br />''Meanwhile about 300 students would also be arriving from Ukraine at Chandigarh soon. All these students would be kept under institutional quarantine. Chief Minister said that institutional quarantine facilities must be created in such a way that people willing to pay for better facilities would be provided the same on payment basis. On the other hand state government would allow &nbsp;intra-district movement without pass whereas inter-district movement would also be allowed with permit in the State.</span><br />
